Since the formation of IVAMS in 1993 the vision and goal of the founders was to offer the highest quality of service and integrity to the courts, legal community, public and private enterprise.  This is the foundation IVAMS was built on and we continue to improve on all levels of service to offer our valued clients the best possible experience in the most difficult and strenuous of times.

Service above self is how every panel member and staff member operates each day.  Here at IVAMS we couple the industries finest panel of retired judges and attorneys with the particular nature of the cases, making for an effective and efficient manner by which to resolve the most delicate of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) related matters.
