  • San Bernardino County - December 1966 - February 1986
  • Served as the Presiding Judge of San Bernardino County in 1970

JUDICIAL ASSIGNMENTS:
  • While on the Superior Court bench, I presided over all types of cases. Completed a three-month assignment with the District Court of Appeals. 1976 - Organized and opened the Desert District of the San Bernardino Superior Court and acted as the sole judge there for over a year, handling all calendars

ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION:
  • Since retirement in February 1986
  • Have served as arbitrator, mediator, and receiver in San Bernardino, Riverside, Orange and San Diego Counties in literally hundreds of cases
