LITIGATION AND ARBITRATION HIGHLIGHTS:

Mr. Sandler has been involved in representing parties to substantial construction disputes including the John Wayne Airport Terminal litigation in Orange County, California from 1991 to 1993, representing the structural steel fabricator and erector of the terminal building; representing the City of Glendale in claims involving Glendale Urban Garage in 1990; represented steel fabricator and erector of the California Museum of Science and Industry; represented steel fabricator and erector of the Ahmanson Theatre renovation, Los Angeles; represented numerous structural steel detailers in claims both public and private including federal Miller Act cases throughout the county; represented various subcontractors in insurance disputes involving duty to defend and coverage
Mr. Sandler has been an arbitrator both individually and as a member of a three member panel in cases involving the Wilmington, California Texaco co-generation plant; Moorpark Middle School, County of Ventura; 210 Freeway, Cal Trans; Ventura County Hall of Administration and Hall of Justice fire alarm and safety system
