  • As a guest speaker and lecturer, Mr. Crawford has traveled extensively throughout the United States; addressing lenders, developers, materialmen, contractors, subcontractors and various trade associations. He has written, as well as lectured on the following topics: "Subcontractor Collection Policy;" "Principles of Collection in the Building Industry;" "Effective Use of the Mechanics' Lien;" "Fundamentals of the Stop Notice and Miller Bond;" "Releases following the Bentz Decision;" "Understanding the Subcontract;" and "Effective Claims for Change Orders and Extras."
